No matter how real and true
thoughts and beliefs appear to be,

none of it is the truth of who you are.

None of it.

No matter how strong it may hammer
no matter how stridently it demands a reaction,
it is not real.

It can take a great resolve to be with all of this,
to really feel it and leave it alone.

Stopping and being Still shatters the illusion that I am this person,
thoughts can just stop and you can discover that there is nothing to fix.

Most of all, you will discover that nothing needs to be done to ensure one’s safety because there is no physicality to protect.

You are Peace, and that’s what you see.

non è un problema quanto reali e veri ti sembrano i tuoi pensieri e le tue credenze
niente di tutto questo è reale non è quello che sei,niente di tutto questo

non importa quanto stridenti e quanto chiedono una reazione..
non sono reali

puoi trarre un grande giovamento in questo
se realmente lo capisci e lasci perdere

se ti fermi si frantuma l'illusione che sei questa persona
i pensieri si fermano e capisci che non c'è niente da riparare

ma piu' di tutto scopri che niente ha bisogno di essere difeso,protetto,
perchè non esiste niente di fisico da proteggere
