Non devi verbalizzare.
Devi sperimentare.
Ogni volta che scopri un momento che merita di essere goduto, in quel momento, sii consapevole. Piano piano la tua presenza attenta diventerà parte di te.
Ricorda, la consapevolezza opera proprio così: distrugge le identificazioni.»
