Un’attenzione prolungata e consapevole ...

Un’attenzione prolungata e consapevole vi proietta fuori dall’identificazione con la mente temporale, origine dei vostri problemi, o meglio, origine del vostro approccio malato alle inevitabili (altrimenti non sareste incarnati) difficoltà della vita.
L’attenzione trasforma la sofferenza nella benzina che alimenta il Fuoco dell’anima.


Si tratta dunque di focalizzare l’attenzione non sull’evento, ma sul disagio interiore che proviamo come risposta all’evento. Lasciate perdere se avete ragione o torto, questo è un trucco della mente per distrarvi dal Qui-e-Ora. Se state soffrendo... dal punto di vista del Lavoro su di Sé avete sempre torto! Non lasciate che la sofferenza metta in azione il corpo mentale producendo pensieri bui o aggressivi. L’osservazione del disagio deve essere pura, non alterata dal dialogo interno della mente. Tutte le volte che sentite la sofferenza o che parte il dialogo mentale, voi tornate nel Qui-e-Ora, l’unico momento della vostra vita che è davvero dotato di esistenza propria.
Se la sofferenza è costante e vi accompagna tutto il giorno, restate nella Presenza del Qui-e-Ora tutto il giorno e lasciate fare all’Alchimia il suo lavoro.
Una buona occasione per illuminarsi.
