NEUROACOUSTIC METASCAN DEEP MEDITATION STATE

Metascan is a neuroacoustic meditation program that comprises three meditations, 60 minutes each. The program uses the most advanced brainwave entrainment technology. How to use this program

The program comprises three parts: "Flight", "Illumination" and "Eternity". Each part uses increasingly complex harmonics. The first and the simplest meditation is "Flight". You can start with it. However, feel free to choose any part you’d like. You don’t have to listen to any part to the end (each one is 60 minutes long), you can stop at any time. You will feel positive effects of the Metascan program both during a meditation session and after it. This meditation program launches hidden mechanisms of your consciousness. Its effect will last 2 to 4 hours as your consciousness "digests" this program. You may experience mystical sensations or deep emotions, do not be surprised if this happens, this is how Metascan works. For maximum results, it is not recommended to work with other meditation programs 2 to 4 hours after listening to a Metascan track.

Do not exceed 2 hours a day listening time.

You can listen to it while engaged in any activity (except when driving a car or operating heavy machinery) or you can meditate while listening to this program. The effectiveness will be higher when it is used for a meditation session.
"Metascan" has special features.

The program has some specifics. If you'll observe the following guidelines, you can feel the program results after your very first session.
Begin the program on an empty stomach or two hours before or after a meal.
The use of the program will be most beneficial during the active planetary hours. To ensure the best results, you may listen to it during the first day planetary hour and the second night planetary hour of your location. The first day planetary hour is the early morning time. Use headphones or speakers.
It's important to be well hydrated as you listen to the program. So, we recommend that you drink a glass of clear water (but no other type of liquid) shortly before the meditation.
Avoid any interruption as you work with the program. It could be a good idea to turn off your cell phone and any type of audible or vibratory reminder.
It's important to listen to the program at a modest (medium) volume. Playback at high volume will diminish the program's effectiveness. It's a good idea to listen to a short meditation fragment so that you can set the ideal volume before the start of your meditation.
Never work with a program while under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicants.
If you happen to fall asleep while listening to the program, don't worry. Simply deactivate the auto-repeat function on your player before the start of the session.
If you meditate before going to bed your sleep may improve.
You can work with the program six days a week. Moreover, "Metascan" can be combined with other Advanced Mind Institute programs as long as you take a two- to four-hour break between them.

How does one meditate?

Assume any position that is comfortable for you; one in which your joints and muscles aren't stressed or tensed. Such a position should be one you can maintain for a reasonable amount of time. Close your eyes, and cease your internal chatter. Within a few minutes--usually fewer than ten--your mind and body will relax. It's a pleasant sensation; an experience you will learn to recognize and seek.
